Jayson wanted to try his hand at a Milk Stout, because buying Lakewood Temptress all the time would get expensive! So since this was his brew, I just sat back and documented (and mostly stayed inside because it was about 34°F that night!)

Jayson added vanilla when he transferred. It took a little while for it to get a good carbonation, now it’s perfect!
He had me do a side by side comparison between it and Lakewood Temptress (his inspiration) and it was pretty damn close.
